2 weeks to go.
Killer back to back classes last nite, kinda like Tuesdays class.
What doesn't kill you makes you awesome, or that's the plan. Kata's need a bit more polish but the new moves have been decided upon. The forms are feeling good, need to find a name for my Bo kata.
Sparring is never going to be perfect but I am no longer blocking with my face the entire round. Cardio and bag work now until we leave.
I am starting to feel pumped.
