Our class is the introduction into Shotokan Karate for children. Starting as young a 2 (Parent & Tot) and all the way to 10 years old. We focus on all the same fundamentals as the adult program, but with a fun twist. Learning karate thru traditional avenues, but games and fun as well!
Jiu Jitsu for your 3-5 year old to learn the basis of grappling. Games and Play will make this your child's favorite class!
Our shotokan karate program is great for any level and is extremely efficient to improve fitness and physical condition, in a safe environment, while developing focus, confidence, self-esteem and respect.
Gracie Jiu Jitsu®
Gracie Combatives® is our beginner program for adults. In this program, you will learn the 36 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique, which are further broken down into simplified drills or “slices” to facilitate the learning process.
Women Empowered is the official Gracie self-defense program for women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). In this 15-lesson program, we will teach you how to neutralize the 20 most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant.
As one of the only recognized Sambo training facilities in western Canada, our classes are truly unique. Whether you are looking to compete/train in Sambo or enhance your Judo/BJJ/Wresting skills, we are the place for you. This newly added Olympic sport will take your skills to the next level.
Our Muay Thai class is a co-ed, all fitness and skill levels class. We incorporate Burklerk Muay Thai and K1 Style Kickboxinginto our classes and techniques taught by World Champion Instructors.
Each class bring something different to the table - heavy bag drilling, thai pad drills and repetition of techniques drilling.

Fight 2 Fit
Great for everyone - beginner to advanced training. This co-ed class focuses on high intensity interval training with a mix of martial arts (kickboxing, muay thai, grappling, karate). You are sure to bring out your inner badass at this class and have fine will doing it!
